Jesus Christ, Sam. You’ve really done it this time.
I’m really upset at what she did to Elizabeth in the park today, not because it was cruel and horrible, mind you, but the fact that it was just so clumsily executed. (Okay, I admit that it was cruel and horrible.) What the hell? You were a con-woman, Sam! You don’t gather your hired thugs for a postgame briefing in the park where the crime was committed; you do it on the phone or over drinks at a dive bar. Granted, Lucky isn’t the sharpest tool in the shed, but still…
First of all, I love how no one found it odd that Sam is wandering around the park in her “black widow meets denim” ensemble toting a gun. Not even a gun in a purse, just a gun in her pants. (Insert numerous “gun in pants” jokes here.) Did anyone think to ask if she had a permit to carry a concealed weapon or are they just going on her testimony at Jason’s trial that all their guns are registered and accounted for? Secondly, why is Sam constantly in the park? Is Everyday Heroes on a much needed (and deserved) hiatus? Thirdly, now that Sam is a major star and since Port Charles is apparently filled with tabloid photographers, isn’t she worried that this story could hit the major papers (US Weekly, In Touch, or TMZ.com)? Finally, if Sam loves kids so much, how come she is so intent on traumatizing as many of them as she can? What’s next? Are we going to find out that she was the one that really pushed Morgan into Kate Howard’s lily pond in a bizarre version of the “In the Air Tonight” urban legend?
