Tori and Dean: Hooray for SCUBA!

So this past episode was mostly about SCUBA diving and Tori feeling seasick, but how great were those homes?  I’m not going to lie, I could watch shows where celebrities shop for real estate all day long.  Remember last summer when Posh Beckham took LA by stormand went on a whirlwind home shopping spree?  I was in ecstasy.  I love looking at homes, which explains a lot since I live in a small apartment.  Anyway, while Tori and Dean’s home choices were not as grandiose as Vicky B’s, I really enjoyed it and wished they would have shown more homes.  For real, I could have done without the whole “Dean loses his SCUBA watch while Tori looks on in agony drinking a ginger ale” subplot.  We get it: Tori thinks karma is going to bite her in the ass for hooking up with a married man.  The cynical side of me (you know, the one that used to work in the entertainment industry) thinks that this whole storyline is an appeasement to all of the people unhappy with the way Tori and Dean got together, but as a devotee of Ms. Spelling’s book (I will never stop recommending this!) I think she is just very introspective and realizes that what goes around could potentially come around again.

This really was a water-theme episode as Little Liam attended his very first, private swim lesson.  Like Tori, I was never a strong swimmer and I want to make sure that my kids are.  Liam is adorable and he seemed like he loved being in the water, apparently just like his father.  What’s funny is that I’m pretty sure that SCUBA Instructor Kim (and Bone of Contention for Tori) is exactly in the middle of the age spectrum between Dean and Liam.  Also, I am totally going to call shenanigans if I see Kim pop up on an episode of The New 90210.

Tori is just waiting for the other dive watch to drop.

Rimshot!
