I know I complain that General Hospital under utilizes their veteran actors, instead focusing on Jason, Carly and Lulu, so this post may seem a bit hypocritical but like Jennifer Lopez, “I’m real”.
Doesn’t it seem like Caroline Brady is all over the damn place anymore? Who is she? The new Alice Horton? Let’s be honest, I never really cared for Caroline, although she is vaguely interesting because of the whole Victor affair, but isn’t she on like every day now? I would really like to see her episode count for the month. Granted she’s a widow and the proprietor of the only casual dining establishment in Salem, but she’s bouncing around town like the town hooker (Kate). She’s at Kayla’s planning a surprise welcome home party for Joe. She’s at Bo and Hope’s cooking dinner. She’s at the Pub staring down Professor Anvil. She’s up in Victor’s business. Is there anywhere she’s not? If she wasn’t the Anti-Kate, I would say that she’s positively Kate-like in her ability to appear in so many situations that she’s only peripherally associated with. At this point I’m just waiting for her to join Max and Stephanie on their French train to nowhere or pop up in a spare bedroom at the Dimera Manse.
Man, you are not kidding. Caroline was pissing me off yesterday when she was pimping Chan at Bo’s house. I was talking to Tripp via IM and I actually typed STFU Caroline. She kept yammering about things I had no interest in and I didn’t want her there anyway. Well I didn’t want Chan there either, but that’s another thing entirely.
I’m not sure why she’s suddenly everywhere. Tripp said that Hope was actually supposed to be in those scenes but KA had some issue come up so I guess they foisted Caroline in. Maybe that’s why she seemed so annoying and pointless.
A little Caroline goes a long way though. Had to laugh at the idea of her showing on the train, why not? She could have been there with the perv. Soooo don’t care!
