You know in the ancient Greek tragedies when the protagonist would blind himself upon witnessing or doing something unspeakable? I felt that way after watching Chloe and Daniel “celebrate their love” all over Daniel’s apartment today.
In other eye-gouging news, EJ represented Nick today in his sentencing for his role in Trent’s death. Once again, a plot point in Nick’s storyline is all about Melanie. I don’t mean to be self righteous like Stephanie (she of the enormous earrings as of late), but Melanie is basically using Nick’s hardship as a means to get Phillip to like her. And Nick knows this! Nick deserves so much better. Maggie also deserves a real life actor to portray her husband. I thought we had a Mickey? When did he leave the show? I know I probably missed a lot in the last month or two between all the times I fast forwarded and my vacation, but is EJ going to be a center of a love triangle, a titan of industry and the only defense attorney in town? No wonder his hair look so bad.
Oh and for those keeping track, Mia now has the same phone that everyone in Salem must be issued when they cross into the city limits.
Hee, so you weren’t swept up in Danloe love? How about that song? That whole seen had me in hysterics which I don’t think was the plan! Hilarious!
Poor Nick, his story still isn’t about him. I did enjoy the Nick/EJ moments and the Nick/Chelsea moments. I guess Mickey got the boot again but I never heard a word about it. Poor Maggie.
